Return Policies

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must have an obvious defect. Neither return nor exchange for any item not in its original condition is acceptable. Contact us and ship item back within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can't accept return or exchange.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And please contact us at [email protected] for a return address.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the returned item with the same item. If you need to exchange it with a different item at same price, send us an email at [email protected] when you ship the item back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
